Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp (about 16 to 24)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons Garlic Goodness Sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp and set aside.
- Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook in Garlic Goodness Sauce, green onions, wine and lemon juice.
- Add shrimp and cook until they are pink and firm, about 4-5 minutes.
- Do not overcook. Serve hot & SAUCY with crusty bread!
